Investor overview / October 2026

A clearer picture
of sleep.

DOTVI is developing wearable sleep-health technology that brings physiological signals and machine learning together, with a focus on sleep-apnoea research.

The vision

Make overnight physiological patterns easier to capture and understand, and build evidence for useful sleep-health insights. The long-term ambition is to support a clearer route to appropriate clinical follow-up.

The approach

A screenless wrist-and-ankle research prototype explores continuous ECG contact through integrated dry electrodes, alongside optical sensing for blood oxygen. Signal-processing and machine-learning research examines ECG, heart-rate variability and oxygen patterns. A planned companion app would bring the results into a readable overnight summary, subject to validation and the intended use.

Work under way

Sleep-study model results are an early research foundation. They do not yet establish performance on DOTVI wearable data.

The next milestones

PhaseEvidence to build
ResearchA documented evaluation baseline using separate participants and a wearable-data testing plan.
PrototypeMeasured signal quality, stable contact, electrical safety, battery performance and overnight comfort.
ValidationComparison with reference sleep measurements to assess performance, limitations and robustness.
TranslationA companion experience, defined intended use and a clinical and regulatory pathway.

What the next phase would support

Prototype engineering and sensor integration; wearable-data collection and model evaluation; app development; clinical collaborations and regulatory planning. Funding scope and terms would be discussed directly.

Who we want to build with

Early-stage investors, clinical collaborators and wearable technology partners who share a commitment to evidence-led sleep health.

Development status. DOTVI is in research and prototype development. It is not a validated diagnostic device. Clinical performance, regulatory approval and a commercial launch date have not been established.
